Official

Declares that Johanna Bell may not be removed from or denied entry into the United States by reason of any criminal offense that is reflected in the records of any of specified Government departments on the date of the enactment of this Act. States that any such offense shall not be taken into account in determining whether Johanna Bell is eligible to receive a visa or for adjustment of status to that of an alien lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence.
