Drug Company Gift Disclosure Act - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require drug manufacturers, packers, and distributors to disclose to the Commissioner of Food and Drugs the value, nature, and purpose of: (1) gifts made to covered health entities in connection with marketing activities; and (2) cash rebates, discounts, or any other financial consideration to any pharmaceutical benefit manager in connection with marketing activities. Makes such information available to the public, but retains the confidentiality of trade secrets. Establishes civil penalties for violations.
