Domestic Energy Impact Statement Act of 2009

Amends Rule XIII (Calendars and Committee Reports) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to require committee reports on measures that would have an impact on the governance of public lands and/or on domestic energy availability to include a domestic energy impact statement prepared by the Comptroller General.
